My inspiration for this design came from one of my favorite ethnic patterns - the Saraguro Hojas, which is basically done using modified brick stitch technique.

I have dog eared this very article! I love the design. I made the "dragon" for my nephew, wow, what a lot of work but I made it for my nephew and he loves it...to each his own. Her designs are wonderful. Thank you for sharing your patterns in Beadwork. I love the magazine.
