New Ethnic Style Necklace

This is the last necklace I finished - combining beadweaving and embroidery work. I enjoyed every minute of the work because I love ethnic style (and beading, of course :) and feel comfortable designing in it, and I really like how it turned out.

  5. Thank you so much, everyone! :)

Katrin, I think you are right about limiting the number of students in a seedbeading workshop... especially if it's a group of varied skill levels.

Karen, thanks!, and for me it's the kind of works that I find hard to let go.. :)

  10. Beautiful pieces! And yes, teaching is really exhausting - fun, but exhausting. I too always think of school teachers and my respect goes out to them each and every day!

  11. Very nice! The first reminds me of Triz's work! I like the look, but I don't think I could ever wear something that large!

  13. Thanks, Lone Beader, for a huge compliment ;) The pendant is not very large, comparing to other works of this kind that I've seen. I also wouldn't wear very large necklaces..
And thanks to you too, K!
